Stage 1, Discovery 

Discovery was completed in March 2022. Both congregations completed a Fact Book and summarized areas of commonality, differences and mutual opportunities for improvement. There were no major issues identified that created a road block for moving to 

Stage 2, Vision

As of April 2022, we are in the Visioning stage where input is being gathered from members of both congregations to understand their thoughts, concerns about a combined congregation. With this input, the vision step will be able to start. Congregants will have the opportunity to participate in the visioning process as well.
